Football Training Drills: Side Sole Rolls
The Side Sole Rolls exercise is a great way to practice your ball mastery, especially for improving your touch on the ball. This is a great move to learn, because it can be used when you are playing a match.
Don’t forget to clear a space before you start, make sure you have water to hydrate as you train and that you have your timer ready!
