Football Training Drills: Side Hop Over the Ball on One Leg

The Side Hop Over the Ball on One Leg drill is a great way to improve your balance. It is also a great fitness exercise as it strengthens your legs.

Watch the video and then start your training - Don’t forget to clear a space before you start, make sure you have water to hydrate as you train and that you have your timer ready!
