Football Training Drills: Side Hop Over the Ball
The Side Hop Over the Ball exercise is a great way to get you warmed up! This is great for co-ordination, balance and building strength in your legs.
Watch the video and then start your training - Don’t forget to clear a space before you start, make sure you have water to hydrate as you train and that you have your timer ready!
